Refund Policy

We strive to provide our members and event participants with the best experience possible.

In order to clarify our refund policies, please see below:

Membership Dues and Advertising or Event Sponsorships: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for these items.

Event Registration: We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel your registration for an event, the following refund policies apply:

  • 100% refund if you provide us with 2 weeks’ notice prior to the event.
  • 50% refund if you provide us with 1 week’s notice prior to the event.
  • No refund will be given if you provide less than 1 week’s notice prior to the event, or if you do not provide notice at all.
