Description: Join us for a hands-on session that will provide you with real-world advice on raising your customer service experience and profits.

Kevin Kehoe will address the importance of customer management - specifically the role, personality, processes and results driven by Account and Project Managers. Kevin will provide information, examples, and research on what makes these employees successful and where Owners and Managers can select, develop and support their key employees. 

 

Biography: Kevin Kehoe is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Aspire Software Company. Before launching The Aspire Software Company, Kevin was a nationally recognized consultant for more than 35 years, including 26 years in the Landscape Industry with Three Point Group (Partner with Frank Ross and Jeff Harkness).

He provided practical solutions, systems, and advice to over 250 Landscape Contractors in the areas of sales management, financial management, budgeting, pricing and merger/acquisition - all with the goal of growth and profitability. He was known for his sales system and his benchmarking expertise. Most importantly, along the way, he made friends with his many of clients.

He is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook, Southern Methodist University, and The Thunderbird School of Management with "way too many degrees." He is a husband, father and cancer survivor. He loves to motorcycle (and used to race before a bad crash), golf and surf. His goal is to build the Aspire Software Company into the best software business in the industry.
